She founded and led her own full-service brokerage for fifteen years, selling and managing residential and commercial properties and growing the company from a startup to $13.5 million in gross revenue. Under her leadership, the firm earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies three years running (2016–2018) and was named among Utah’s Top 50 two years in a row.
A dual-licensed broker in Utah and Arkansas and a Certified Commercial Advisor, Kathleen brings a range few can match. Over her career she has guided first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike, managed investment portfolios from acquisition through disposition, and earned the trust of institutional and corporate clients — including handling bank-owned (REO) portfolios and large-scale institutional asset dispositions.
